UPRIGHT CARTONER
Fully automatic machine for cardboard drawing from store through sucking disk and vacuum pump, squaring, bundling in lines and layers, vertical insertion into the carton, top and bottom closing and PVC tape or hot melt glue sealing.
- Installed power: 3 Kw. with tape sealing. 7 Kw. with glue sealing.
- Compressed air consumption: about NL 20 per carton.
- May handle up to 10 cartons per minute, depending from the size.
- Carton store capacity: 120/140 pieces.

Automatic cartoner for heat-shrunk bags (cushion-shaped) with introduction in American cardboard or into shrinkage furnace. This unit is complete with a carton-forming assembly with lower flaps folding, bag sorting unit, moving hopper, ejecting device of filled cartons onto the conveyor belts, sleeve wrapping machine for bandles, shrinkage furnace.
